In his book, Creating Innovators, Tony Wagner talks about creating different kinds of structures for learning. Our work revolves around structures that allow learners to invest in, collect evidence of question, confirm, and share learning. By encouraging learners to different kinds of questions, seek feedback range of different sources and perspectives, and monitor and assess their developing understanding, to grow better recognize as evolving learners, take their next step(s), and on learning team given task or project.
